The latest microchip generation is based on thin-wafer technology. Former weaknesses, such as breakage of the material due to low material strength, have been eliminated in thin-wafer handlers by mechatronic systemtechnik gmbh. Thanks to the application of patented Bernoulli end effectors, almost contactless handling of thin-wafer is now possible.

Handling systems can be precisely adapted to customer requirements due to proven modular structures. The thin-wafer handler may also be used for standard wafer and other related applications.
